1. Scope and operator
The site is operated by Güneş Kilit Endüstriyel Ürünler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. This policy covers catalog browsing, quote lists, the contact form, analytics preferences and the WhatsApp hand-off.
2. When you use the site
No account is required to browse products. Your quote list stays in browser local storage. If you submit the form, your contact details and selected products are sent to the company email system so the enquiry can be answered.
The website and company email service are hosted on servers in Türkiye. The server may create limited technical logs for security, fault diagnosis and continuity. They are not used for advertising profiles.
3. Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow Analytics”. Advertising storage and personalisation remain denied. In the current GA4 property, event data retention is 2 months and user data retention is 14 months, with the user period reset on new activity.
You can change the choice from “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops new analytics delivery and the site attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies.
4. Third parties and external links
Map, social and catalog links may take you to another service. The WhatsApp number is not published in static HTML or the JavaScript bundle; it is returned by the server only after a limited same-origin click request. This deters basic scraping but cannot guarantee that a determined party will never discover the number.
Once WhatsApp or another external service opens, that provider’s own privacy terms apply. Do not send special-category or unnecessary personal data through those services.
5. Security, retention and changes
Access is limited by business need. Server secrets remain outside the public web root, and form requests use source checks, input validation and rate limiting. Data is kept only while its purpose or applicable legal duty continues and is erased, destroyed or anonymised when all processing grounds cease.
The policy may change as services or law change. Material changes will update the date and, where required, request a new preference.
