- I know the product code. How do I find the item?
- Enter the code in the search field on the Products page. Differences in spaces and hyphens are matched, and an exact code is ranked first.
- Where can I find the technical drawing?
- When available, the technical drawing appears as a PDF link on the product page. If no link is available, the page clearly states that the drawing is being prepared.
- How can I choose a product for my application?
- Start with the relevant product group or the selection on an industry page, then compare the image and the recorded material, finish and dimensional information.
- How do I request a quotation for several products?
- Add the products to your quote list, set the quantities and submit them together through the contact form.
- What should I do if technical information is missing?
- We do not estimate missing technical values. Include the product code in your message and ask our sales team for verified information.
