2. Data and collection methods
Contact and quote requests may include your name, email, phone, company, message, selected products and quantities. Limited security records may include IP address, timestamp, request, browser and error data.
Data is obtained electronically through the form, email, telephone and—only when initiated by you—WhatsApp, as well as through written or verbal channels where necessary. Please do not submit special-category data through the form.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to answer enquiries, manage product and quote processes, communicate with you, secure the service, prevent abuse, manage records and disputes, and comply with legal duties.
Depending on the activity, processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, including steps directly related to a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Optional analytics activates only after your choice; marketing consent is not part of this form.
4. Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to staff who need the information and to hosting, email, IT, security and legal providers where required for the service. The website and company email service are hosted on servers in Türkiye. Data is disclosed to authorities only where legally required.
Google Analytics is optional and WhatsApp opens only after your action. These providers may process data abroad. The Article 9 transfer mechanism and provider terms must be confirmed before this draft is approved for publication.
5. Retention and security
Data is limited to the time needed to handle the request, comply with applicable statutory duties and cover the relevant limitation period. When all processing grounds cease, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised within the periods required by law.
Proportionate controls include access restrictions, TLS transport, secrets outside the public web root, validation and rate limiting. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
6. Your rights
Subject to Article 11, you may ask whether and why your data is processed, request information and recipient details, seek correction or erasure where conditions apply, request notification to recipients, object to solely automated adverse results, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
7. Applications
Requests with identity-verifying information may be delivered in writing to the official service address or sent to info@guneskilit.com from an email address previously notified to and registered by the company.
Valid applications are answered as soon as possible and generally within thirty days, subject to the limited costs permitted by law.
